Heat Sensor Issue
Your CatGenie A.I. has detected an issue with the heat sensor and dryer that is preventing it from running properly.
Something is most likely blocking the Air Intake Vent on your CatGenie. You should clean it immediately.
Simply wipe the vent shown below with a damp cloth or use a vacuum cleaner to clean. No disassembly is required.
CAUTION: IGNORING A BLOCKED VENT WARNING CAN BE A FIRE HAZARD. DO NOT DELAY CLEANING THE VENTS.
After cleaning, allow Unit to cool for 20 minutes before running a Cleaning Cycle.
Be sure to stay with your Unit when you run the next Cleaning Cycle. If an error alerts again or experience anything abnormal, unplug immediately and contact Customer Support: 1-888-735-3927.
