Ambassadors will be responsible for purchasing, installing and acclimating their cats to their own CatGenie. See setup requirements HERE. No "Free CatGenie" arrangements will be considered for potential Ambassadors with less than 25,000 followers.

No compensation will be provided for promotion of our products without prior approval by PetNovations Inc.

• Avoid using a harsh flash so you won’t create a glare on the CatGenie or a reflection of the surroundings.

• Ensure the entire image is clear and in focus. The small size of the Washable Granules and fur on your cats can make clarity on the image a challenge. It helps to hold your breath when shooting images or to use a tripod.

• Wipe down your CatGenie. It might be a cat toilet, but it should be clean.
•  
• Fill your Washable Granules to the fill line and make sure a SaniSolution cartridge is inserted.
•  
• Follow all manufacturer’s recommendations for setup and installation. No “hacks” please.

• Sweep up any Washable Granules around the CatGenie.
•  
• Be sure the room around the CatGenie is clean and clutter-free.
•  
• Remove any other branded products from the settings. No non-CatGenie mats, toys, food, etc.

• Remove all clothes and accessories except a collar. (Hairless cats excluded from this one!)
•  
• Photograph your cat from the front or side. No back sides please.
•  
• Do not include kittens younger than 6 months- CatGenie’s minimum age recommendation for use.

• Use #CatGenie and tag @CatGenie.

• Highlight your favorite features about CatGenie & our Support Team.
•  
• Save your constructive criticisms for more direct communication with our team.
•  
• Avoid profanity and political/religious commentary.
•
