Deep Clean the Hopper

To clean the Hopper: Remove the Hopper from the unit. Make sure to clean over a trash bag. Open the Hopper like a book. Be sure to keep track of the Genie Ball while cleaning! Clean any hair or debris around the impeller shaft and blades so that it can spin freely. Make sure hair cutter rings are in place and all seeping holes are clean. Clean out drainage washer area. Lastly, if you have/use the Genie Ball insert it back into the Hopper.
