"Iv had 2 cat genie's, this is my 3rd but my1st Whoosh purchase. So far I like the Whoosh, but I am starting to notice occasionally a huge clump of litter gets stuck on the underside of the scoop. I have to get something to scrape it off the scoop. Also, I am monitoring how much I am having to fill the Whoosh Genie with litter Vs 's the original cat genie AI. I have noticed one thing that is a positive, I no longer have cat litter all over the house, therefore no more stepping on litter that hurts your feet. So, overall I will say that the new model "Whoosh" is great."

I do wish the "AI" model (which we just upgraded one of our ancient CatGenie's too) was more AI 'though. We have 2 cats so knowing "a cat went to the bathroom" is not very helpful. Would be fine if we had one cat but most cat people have more than one cat. Just would like more information from a model marketed as an AI model. Also wish there was an "upgrade" option for long standing CatGenie customers - it's nice to have the latest model but it's expensive to replace when the older ones are still working."
