I have one cat and hated changing the box (she is a poop machine). I work nights and could barely get to the box to clean it. My wife bought the CatGenie for me for Christmas. I have to say, that this was the best Christmas present I have ever received. I get home from working all day, push the button and walk away. I recommend the CatGenie to all of my friends. This is thing is just simply amazing! Thank you CatGenie for making my life easier!

I have used CatGenie for several months now with one medium haired cat. She loves it and so do I. I have had NO problems and it is wonderful not to clean a litter box daily. It sits by my washing machine and gets water and drains using the same connection that the washer uses. I have it set to clean once a day. To sum it up CLEOPATRA AND I LOVE THE CATGENIE.

First, you shouldn't be working on a Sunday! But I guess that's what it's like at a new company. I teach an MBA course on IPOs And Venture Capital, and an undergraduate class on Investment Banking And Private Equity, both of which spend some time looking at start-ups and young, private companies. Maybe someday someone will do a case study on PetNovations, and I can use it for my class!

Hopefully you'll be hearing from me again, or I'll be hearing from you, since I'm on the waiting list twice. I originally signed up under the 'sign up early' offer rather than the Litterfree owners offer, since your website said something about trading in my Litterfree, and at the time I wanted to keep it. Later, I read on the Automatic Litterbox Central forum that we only needed to send in the code on our Litterfree, rather than literally mailing you the whole unit.

Now that I've seen how well the CatGenie works, I want two of them and am willing to give away my old Litterfree, with several unused cartridges of solution, to anyone that wants it. When my name comes up again on the CatGenie list, I'll once again jump at the chance to buy one (and you're welcome to quote me).

You have a great product. I'm sure that your hard work developing it will pay off. If you ever decide to go public, please let me know! I advised Google on their IPO - I'm not a fan of auctions, and they did one anyway, so I couldn't have had much influence, but it was great experience for me. And I'm confident that your company will do well. I'll watch with interest for news of PetNovations.

Hi, I’m Ed and I finally received my CatGenie. I heard about the self-washing cat toilet from a friend of a friend last December. I ordered one back in January. Loved the concept. The reality is even better. One word: WOW. This thing works great. It takes care of the cats. They immediately used the CatGenie and accepted the Washable Granules, which look and feel like idealized litter. It takes care of us, in that it cleans out the mess and washes not only the granules also the sides of the cat bowl. Uses a special soap and water. You never saw clean like this. Everything up to now has been a joke. We finally got rid of that open sewer called a litter box.

The CatGenie design is so slick. The four parts that we assemble go together perfectly and quickly. The scoop that removes the solids shakes off excess granules so that very little is lost. It’s quiet. It’s dependable. The CatGenie is a cat box that fits right in and is easy to live with. This is a cat bathroom the way it should always have been: smart, modern, and sanitary.

The CatGenie is a great invention, and my 2 cats Nimitz and Midway love it, even though Nimitz loves to scatter the litter everywhere. I had gone through other litter boxes like the LitterMaid and the LitterSweep, and they both broke down within 6 months, because of the constant use. My cat Nimitz would make the machines work double duty. He too is a "poop machine" and makes some serious stuff that makes a grown man go "D**N"!!! The CatGenie is the best invention ever made, I got mine last year, and I wonder how I ever made it without it. The customer service is excellent in my honest opinion, and wish more companies cared about their customers in today's world like their customer service.

The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread! I am blown away by how well this device works and it's improved both my cat's quality of life as well as my own, I cannot speak highly enough about this product. I started using it after struggling to keep up with my diabetic cat's litter box and have been using it for almost two years without incident! Rocky has passed on but Pebbles is still enjoying her personal lavatory.

I was looking for a solution for not having to constantly lift the heavy containers of litter because I am disabled because of my spine, so I thought this to me the perfect solution to my problem. Priscilla, my companion animal sat down next to me while I was setting it up. After following the instructions, I had to move her CatGenie to the bathroom so I would have access to water. It took Priscilla about a week before she started to use it. When it first cleaned she was startled, but curious, and sat and watched the whole process.

Since then, March of '09, I have purchased the Genie Paws, and as well as the Genie Dome to give her more privacy. Priscilla and I are extremely proud to own this wonderful product, and your support staff is second to none. Since I receive her food & litter from a non-profit organization, once she started using the CatGenie, I returned the unused litter back to the organization so another client could be helped.
