I really like that my senior kitty doesn't track nasty clumping litter all over the place anymore. My only complaint is that if he has just pee'd in the cat genie and it hasn't had time to run a cleaning cycle yet, he refuses to poop in it right afterward...maybe because of the smell. Instead, he leaves his poop on the floor or the rubber mats around the unit, but I suspect this has more to do with his fussiness than it does with the cat genie. He used to do the same thing with regular litter boxes.

My new cat genie is much better than the old one. So glad I upgraded my unit. This one has worked great. My old cat started using it on day one with no problem. Love it!

I prefer the scent free cartridges over the fresh scent ones because they smell clean without being too strong. The extra box of granules is nice to have as well because my cats like to fling granules as they exit the box and instead of picking them all up I usually just vacuum them up. Also some get flushed down the toilet.

the cats have been using the genie 120 for several month now and all I can say is wow!!! I love not having to deal with the litter box ritual of the past. This is a great product , my only complaint is that I didn't get one earlier.

This is the best price deal compared to buying the products separately. Buying the Cat Genie was a time & health saver during a difficult high risk pregnancy and time when my ability to clean the litterbox was limited by a Dr. I buy this package once every 3 months, mainly because the granules get tracked farther away than they should at my house with toddlers. The timing in using the cartridges and needing to buy more matches the timing in needing more granules. Always keep an extra cartridge on hand because it is easy to lose track of time before you realize you need to install a refill. While the shipping time is short, the worry when your genie beeps and changing clean times to as few cleanings a day as possible is solved by this package. Also, if you smell a bad odor during cleanings (if you've use the maintenance cartridge and odor remains) it's due more likely to low level granules. If you don't clean up tracked granules and reuse them in the genie, you may need to keep an extra box of granules on hand to top them off.

I bought this package of 2 cartridges and 1 box of washable granules 6 months ago and I'm just ordering again. Paying for this twice a year is way more economical and convenient than buying clumping cat litter and scooping a litter box every single day. I have read some negative reviews about the smell of the "fresh scent" sanisolution but I don't mind it and it's a nice alternative to the usual smell of a litter box! The granules do need occasional replenishment but 1 box lasts 6 months (and probably longer if I was more diligent in my sweeping up and throwing back into the Genie). All in all, my 2 cats and I love the CatGenie, 16 months and going strong.

This seems to be the best deal available. I like it that I can have an extra cartridge on hand in case I run out sooner than expected. My cats track the granules out also...but it is nowhere near as gross as tracking regular litter! So this package gives me exactly what I need at the best price! I love my CatGenie!

I have 9 cats and 3 Cat Genies, the latest being the 120. I absolutely love these "cat toilets"! When I have guests that comment on the fact that I have that many cats and no smelly litter boxes, I go into my sales pitch about the Cat Genie and explain how they work. Everyone is amazed how ingenious they are. I still now and then watch how they work thinking how smart someone was to invent such a convenient, money saving and environmentally friendly item for those who love felines! All I can say is that they are really great. I've saved lots of $$$$ on cat litter too! Thank you for great service and a great product!
